Not the Right Fit? No Problem!

Love and Lee is pleased to offer store credit returns & exchanges. Please return or ship item back within 7 days (of delivery or purchase) for your store credit. If you wish to exchange, please include your desired exchange item when filling out the comment box below and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please go ahead and send your return back to 111 Pitt Street Cornwall, ON. K6J 3P5. We will assess your return when received and apply your store credit or process your exchange when received.

Please note that exchanges will still be subject to shipping charges.

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate of shipping for $12 across Canada, free for orders over $125 and $15 for shipping across the Unites States. Rates vary depending on your location. Feel free to contact us at info@loveandlee.shop with any questions!

What is your return policy?

Items will be eligible for store-credit returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

Shipped items will be eligible for store credit return or exchange 7 days after the item has been delivered, and recipient will be responsible for paying postage exchange fee or can return in-store. Items shipped back within the 7 day window will be eligible for store credit or exchange.

Sale, shoes, swimwear, and any worn items are final sale.

Can I use more than one discount code?
